Course

Can I study from outside the UK?

All of our courses are available to overseas students. In fact, we have students from all over the world, so there are no borders when it comes to learning with us.

Can I try the course before I buy?

We understand buying a course is a big commitment, which is why we offer a free no obligation 2 days course trial to ensure you are satisfied and confident before enrolling on a course. No contract or credit card details required.

How is the training delivered?

All our training courses are delivered online via our state of the art e-learning platform. You’ll have the flexibility to study anytime, anywhere and on any device. Giving you 12 months unlimited access to video tutorials created by subject matter experts with practical, real-word experience.All courses are arranged in a modular fashion with easy navigation tools allowing you to control the pace of your training.You can pause, rewind or fast forward your tutorials, take study notes and more.

We use flash cards and educational games to make learning fun, interactive and engaging. Allowing you to easily retain what you have learnt on your course.

How long will I be able to access my course?

All students will have access to all course materials for a duration of 12months. Course extensions are available on request at an additional cost.

Which courses should I study?

Our experienced course advisors will support you to tailor a study package for your own specific needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to advise which certifications are in demand and which courses will best suit your needs.

Exam

Are exam fees included in the cost of the course?

Exam fees are not included in the course price.You’ll need to book and take your exam separately after completing your course with us. Details of how to schedule your exams can be found on schedule my exam.

To make life easier, we can help you find an appropriate exam centre and give you all the information you need to secure your place.

How will I prepare for my exams?

We offer interactive quizzes after each module and a mock exam at the end of your course to ensure you’re fully prepared for your final certification exam.

What do exams cost?

Exam prices vary from course to course. Our experienced course advisors can provide you with the appropriate information.

What qualifications will I receive at the end of my course?

On successful completion of your course, you’ll need to sit an online proctored exam or an exam at a local test center. Once you’ve successfully passed your exam you’ll be awarded an official qualification from the relevant awarding body, which holds the same value as those achieved in a traditional college or university.

When shall I book my exams?

We believe that you are generally ready to book your exam when you are regularly achieving over 85% on the exam simulators.

How do I enrol?

Our enrolment process is pretty easy. You can either enol online or over the phone.

To enrol online, simply select your course, choose an appropriate payment option and make a secure payment using a credit/debit or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order and send out your course login details via email within one business working day. Please follow the instructions to access your course materials and start learning straight away.

How quickly will I receive my course materials?

Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order and send out your course login details via email within one business working day. Please follow the instructions to access your course materials and start learning straight away.

I don’t have a computer, can I still study online?

Yes, our training is compatible on all devices including mobile phones, Ipas’s and Android tablets.

What support Is available?

You will be assigned your own course advisor. You will be able to contact them via telephone or email during business hours. There is also additional support from our designated student support team. They can be contacted via email at info@mytrainingacademy.org.uk
